Expanding the Limehouse Cut masterplan, originated at Caspian Wharf, the redevelopment of St Annes Street and St Annes Row regenerated a network of dilapidated, crime ridden dead-end streets and vacant industrial units, reconnecting this back into the local community through the creation a new residential quarter. This extensive urban renewal has reinvigorated the towpath frontage, joining the dots of new development from east to west along the Limehouse Cut.

Comprising 233 new dwellings, 35% affordable, over 1000m2+ commercial retail, and 60 undercroft parking spaces, the integration of this mixed-use development has rejuvenated a sense of community and connectivity, linking the canal to Commercial Street and providing a series of interconnected streets and pedestrian walkways.

Combining a contemporary approach, whilst utilising contextual materials and forms, provides a fresh aesthetic, infusing a sense of modernity and vibrancy into the urban fabric. Ranging from 4-6  storeys in height the careful manipulation of building forms provides the quintessential ground-scrapper, engendering high density yields through an economy of scale.
